Refund policy

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have up to 3 days after receiving your order to contact us and ask for a return.

To be eligible for a return please send us a picture of your item and what is wrong with it through email. Please include the full name under your order and your order number. 

To start a return, you can contact us at shoplexflex@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we will provide you with what steps to take next.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like sale items and the "mystery defect baggie".


Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.


Refunds
Please allow 1-3 days for your refund to go through. Some banks might take longer or shorter. We will send you a screenshot once we processed your refund.
