Shipping policy
When will I receive my order?
Our processing time ranges anywhere from 1-8 business days depending on our order volume. Please be mindful that I am a one person business working to process all orders as quick and safe as possible. Shipping time is an additional 3-6 business days (shipping to Canada can take 1-3 weeks). To give an estimate of time of delivery for your order, expect to receive it anywhere from 5-13 business days after you placed your order.
Delays
Please be aware that there might be certain times your order gets delayed due to COVID, holidays and weather conditions.
I haven't received a confirmation or shipping email. Where is my order?
Confirmation emails are automatically sent after you purchase. Please check your promotions and spams folder by searching "SHOPLEXFLEX" in your email search box as they sometimes get sent there. Same goes for tracking shipping emails which are sent when it has been shipped. Once I have packaged and dropped off your order to USPS I no longer have control on what happens after. SHOPLEXFLEX is not responsible for lost packages or wrong deliveries. Please check your address is correct before purchasing. If you notice you entered a wrong address, contact us ASAP. If you need more assistance on knowing about delays or wrong delivery with your order, please contact your local post office and provide them your tracking number.
